Happy, happy Birthday to me!

OK, look, I am so sorry that I have been rather... Absent from blogging. That is because (Don't fret!) my internet died, AGAIN!
So I had to wait a billion years (Who am I kidding? Infinity years!) But it now suddenly works! From the past million light-years I had my birthday. Happy birthday to MOI! And I turned twelve, blew out candles blah, blah, blah... And THEN, I got my presents. WHOOP!

Here are the presents that I merrily opened on the day that I sprouted into this world. My Totoro backpack I got from China town when I got $20 from my (Kind of....) loving grandparents. It's all soft and fluffy! :3

 OK! Time for AWESOME time! But first, some maths (DON'T SIGH!) What does Mario Kart 7 + Zelda, Ocarina of Time =? AWESOMENESS! Hold your horses people... These games have wicked power... I love Mario Kart 7! It's so fun that it made my thumbs all sweaty and left little holes also (From all the pressure and holding the buttons down to hard) It is the best! Wait... Second best... The best game in the world is: ZELDA, OCARINA OF TIME!!! It is the BEST game in the entire WORLD! NO jokes. I mean sure, sometimes it leaves your brain racking trying to find your way through the Lost Woods, and sure, you find yourself hopelessly lost trying to find the Triforce but it is so worth it! I mean I haven't finished it yet, but I can't wait to! Well, I mean I still wish it kind of went on forever... But, as some awesome person said (That's me!) All great games shall face their end someday...

Here is a watch my mother got me. It is quite big but it is really cool and I absolutely love it. I wear it to school and it rocks. I think it is supposed to be the French flag... Or Tri Colour. The face of the watch is big but, yeah...

At Australia Zoo

 Hey guys! OK, my cousin turned five the other day and for her birthday we took her to Australia Zoo. If you haven't been there, it's really fun! And the have got some new animals! In there new Africa thingy. But they only have a little amount of animals, like giraffes, rhinos and zebras.

Here is a picture of a snake. I forgot what species it was... It was probably venomous. I would stay away from it. Last thing I want to do is go to the hospital because of a snake bite!

At (I think it was) eleven o'clock when went down to the elephants and we got to feed them like carrots and pumpkin. Right there I'm feeding an elephant. At the zoo they have three elephants. The line to feed them was HUGE. Like the elephants. He he.

 I think my new favourite animal is the Red Panda. They are so cute. They were next to the elephants. I remember when I did this thing there called 'Zoo Keeper for a Day' thing there they told us there names. One of the Red Pandas name was Yoda. That's all I remember because it's off Star Wars. What can I say, I like Star Wars! 

I had so much fun at the zoo! I highly recommend you go there for the school holidays. And sorry there are not much photos...

Fishing!

 OK... I am so sorry I have not put anything on my blog! It's just I went up to the Sunshine Coast and we had no computer so I couldn't put anything on this. But I'm back! And I have some awesome news! My uncle took me fishing! It was my first time fishing so I was not very good at casting and putting bait on the hook. I think I caught... Hum... Eight fish. I even caught a flat head!

If you can see it, there is me fishing. My uncle lives near a canal so we went fishing there. I had to use my cousin's rod because all the other ones were to big. She's four...

I forgot what most of the fishes names where... Like there was a whiting or something like that... And the little one down there, well, let's just say, that one was my first catch. EVER. And I forgot the name to it... The only reason why there is not a picture of me holding any fish is because fish have little spikes on their body and I didn't really want my hand spiked. Not today anyway!

Banksy

 Hi everyone! Wait... Is that one word or two? Nah... I don't really care. But anyway! My mum showed me this AWESOME artist called Banksy. Well, not really an artist... But a graffitest. Uh. Does that word even exist? But anyway, he is really cool! And my mum showed me this book and there were pictures of all these awesome graffiti. And there was this one where he snuck into a zoo and painted stones and stuff on the rocks in the enclosure. But it's not like vandalism. It's like REAL art. And I got ticked off when like some of his stuff got washed away in three days. But it's sooo cool! Who could destroy this? Who?

See this one with the guys with the banana-guns? Well, I think that some thugs totally covered it with silly writing and stuff. And then he came back and washed it away, drew it again. But this time the men were dressed as bananas and holding guns. He he. And he also walks into museums and puts random paintings up on the wall that he did. Like spoofs of actual paintings. I want to see some of his work up close!

     
But the catch is... No one knows who he is. He's like a ninja or whatever. Because I think he doesn't want to be famous or something along those lines...

I'm in LOVE! Wait... Is that werid?

OK. Any of my friends know that I am (quite literally) OBSESSED with a book called Skulduggery Pleasant. Created by my God since 2010, Derek Landy. I wanna meet you so badly! When will you learn that I NEED to meet you! WHY? But anyway, last year when DEATH BRINGER (the 7th book) came into all of our lovely bookshops I noticed something... The books were held in a card board cut out of... Wait for it... SKULDUGGERY HIM SELF! And when I saw that cardboard cut out of my hero I needed it, like, on that day. So since I am VERY welcomed to my local bookshop (They let me in the secret room! Full of books that are not even released yet!) I asked them if I could own this... There is no words for how perfect it is... They said: "Yes" and I was all like WHOOP! As the weeks drifted past I finally was able to bring him home. So now he sits in my room with all the series stuffed into him.
I LOVE HIM!

Uh HUH! (I'm dancing...)

As most of you know... The awesome novel written by Suzanne Collins (I love you! Not as much as Derek Landy though...) The Hunger Games is soon to be a MOVIE!!! Anyway... Me and my sister are avid readers of the series and yesterday night went to a The Hunger Games quiz night at our favourite book shop.
There were eight teams. I was team five, Chloe, (Ugh... God) my mother and I. It was almost  a test kinda thing. Where you wrote down the answers on a little piece of paper.

The score in total was sixty. These MASSIVE Hunger Games fans won. They go 60 out of 60... But we came...

SECOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our score was 58 out of 60. which is still pretty good!!!
Now all I hope is that there's a Skulduggery Pleasant quiz night...

Oh God...

Oh well.... We all know that homework is a total bore... But what about a DS? Heck no! DS's are awesome! Aspecially a 3DS! Oh well... Yes, yes... I SHOULD do my homework... But I just need to finish this one level! This was me when I got home after school. I mean gimmie a break school! It's Friday! Jees...

This little cartoon is what happened to ME when I walked right in the door... A zombie, lost in the world of Mario or Zelda... Here, in short words, what I did. Shoe off, bag on floor, homework joins bag, me grab DS. And they all lived happily ever after...

My drawing. I was bored

So, as all my friends know, I like to draw cartoons and stuff. And I was bored today because I had no one to talk to after school... (They all went on a camp.) So the only option was to read or draw. I chose draw.

Anyway, here is what I drew. It's like a cat-person thing-a-ma-bob. You know thing-a-ma-bobs a word. Well now you do.

What should her name be? I got the pattern of this really awesome manga book which is out of date or something. But it has such flipping adorable pictures in it! If you ever find one like it... GET IT!
I wanted to post this because on my first EVER post (In 2011!) I said I would 'post some of my drawings here' but I haven't, have I? So I just wanted to show you my little scribble. It was a sketch before, I just inked it.

The Museum

 Yay! I went to the Queensland Museum! Even though it was raining and we had to walk there I still had a great time! It was really scary though, because we went to see the dinosaurs (Sorry! The picture failed!) and these idiots where shaking the dinosaur! We were just watching it as it wobbled! We thought it was going to collapse. But what was weird was no one seemed to notice...

Here are some pictures took by my talented sister.
The one to your right is of a bunch or (WAH!) stuffed birds. They were amazingly pretty. And also the owls. I like the one which is just looking down at you like a stalker. Hehe.

Down here is of a awesome vintage car. I forgot what type it was but it said it on this plaque thing-a-ma-bob, it was really old and the paint was cracking and it had this awesome old radio inside with awesome leather seats and it looked so awesome. I want a car like that when I'm like eight-teen or something.

It was a lot of fun!!! I can't wait to go there when the 'Mummy' exhibit comes on. I despratly want to see that. Oh! And one last thing: The Museum looks different because it got a renovation because of the floods. I think...

Music in my tiny iPod (Nano)

 OK! A miracles has happened!!! So I was digging under my bed last night when I found the gold! I found my purple iPod Nano thing! I was like: "Hell YEAH!" and then I did a little dance... But we don't have to go into details. So I turned it on but it was still a black screen! And then I realised that it had run out of charge! And to make matters worse... I lost the charger WAY back... So then I had to dig a little more in till I found it, and I did! So I plugged it in and went to do something awesome. Like reading Skulduggery Pleasant or something. Thirty-or-so minutes later I walk back to my iPod and see it is fully charged! Then I do another little dance. Then I found my ear buds (I have the ones with the soft squishy stuff on it) and started listening.

 Because I have been listing to these songs since I was like four (true story!) I knew ALL the words to ALL my songs! Which I awesome! (Like me.)

Anyway, I want to tell you just SOME of the awesome pop songs I listen to: La Roux, the Wombats, the Gorillaz and Coldplay. My most favourite songs from their albums are: Colourless Colour (La Roux), Techno Fan (the Wombats), Feel Good Inc. (the Gorillaz) and Paradise (Coldplay)

I LOVE all the music I listen to. I am not a fan of Justin Beiber or Katy Perry or whatever.

Beautiful birds and stupid friends

Well... I have finally done it. I went camping!
One of my best friends, Niamh took me and my sister to this camp site called Thunderbird Park, it was somewhere on Mt Tamborine or some other mountain. But anywho,
it was a disaster when we first got there! So we built the tent and went for a swim in the river near by, when we come back there is a bunch of confused people wandering around our camp site. Then the claim it was THEIR camp site! So we had to pack up and find our REAL camp site... When we got to our actual camp site there were people there! So we had to ask THEM to move and then we built the tent.

We went on a little adventure and as we were walking Chloe was sundenly like:
"Pickle! There is a cassowary in that bush!" and we all froze because cassowarys are VERY dangerous. But then Niamh was like:
"That's a peacock!" So we started chasing it a trying to catch photos of it. Then later that day we saw a peahen with a little baby peacock! It was so cute! Aparently the male peacock's name was Honky. I wonder why??? We also saw a bunch of rainbow lorrikeets!

Then we tried to build a fire, but the wood we bought was NOT burning! So we went off to get some kindling to make our fire. And finally we got it burning!!!! So then we stayed up all night talking next to the fire and eating marshmallows!

It was awesome!

Mission: Accomplished!

I got this AWESOME water bottle from this burger shop called 'Grill'd' and the next day I bought it to school. This boy (Yes Fionn, you're on my blog...) really liked my bottle. So he was like:
"Where did you get that bottle?"
And I said "Grill'd."
"Can you get me one?"
"HECK YEAH!"
And that is where it all started. So yeah, I got the bottle last night (I ate a whole 'Mini Moo' for you Fionn! Respect me!) and this morning gave it to him. Then this girl asked me to get her one and I don't necessarily want to get EVERY student a water bottle.

So yeah. If this keeps up I'm going to be fat before the year ends!!!

Mini lamp mushrooms things

Today I was walking to the bus stop to catch my bus (obviously) to go to the places I go. As I was walking I spotted these mushrooms... Did any one realise that they look a LOT like mini lamps? Well I did. And when I see anything mini I practically melt. It is because whenever I see a mini version of something I just fall in love!

I actually have this theory that when any one sees something in miniature they instantly become hypnotised by its cuteness. Trust me, I'm awesome. Anyhow, I tried this theory on lots of my friends, showing them a bunch of mini objects and seeing their reaction.

Ha ha!!! My theories are AWESOME!!!

On Youtube there is this series of videos called Cat Face. It's like about this French cat or whatever. He has this MASSIVE head and tiny body and floats every where he goes. It is really funny! I couldn't post a episode of it so I took this photo with my sister's Ipod.

So yesterday or whatever I was looking at some things on the internet. I come across this particular one... What can I say? Is God a born comedian? Did HE invent the old gag 'Pull my finger?' or did he watch that baked beans ad where all the kids on the street are pretending to fart and then one kid has some baked beans and says 'Pull my finger?' Well only Adam will know if it smelt.

Baby bloody PORCUPINES!

Ok. This is how we all fell in love with these babies. I went surfing through the internet and I found myself at Google. God's greatest creation. So without thinking, I clicked Google images. I obviously didn't know what to type up... So I typed up 'cute things'. Then I was scrolling down when I saw it... THE PORCUTEPINES! Haha, did you like my 'porCUTEpines'? Haha. Me and my awesomness make a great team... But moving along, they look like wrinkly, spikey balls of joy! I want one desperately so every morning I could wake up to a baby porcupine looking at me. Damn reality! For not letting every one have a baby porcupine!!!

 Today, I went walking with my friend (Pia) and we walked past this house with two kinda monk gargoyles or something. They were on either side of the house, one with his mouth open and the other with no mouth open.

Imagine being a statue... How would you spend your days??? Mostlikely standing there. Like allways. But imagine if like they moved at night or something... Like Night at the Muesum or something.

But yeah... I just put it up here because he looked so random...

Everything is awesome with poptarts.

We all know the annoying flying, rainbow pooping thing. Nyan cat. But how did this extrodinary thing come into existence?? Here is the answer!

A cat comes dancing randomly to the screen, at the exact time, a poptart cames dancing in the EXACT room! It was too obvious! They must of collided or something, becauses then it happened... BOOM! They created Nyan cat! The thing in which we all go 'meow meow meow meow etc...' (You read that in the annoying music, didn't you?)

I have to say, I didn't draw this... I wish I did. I have to thank the person who drew this. For I love it!!! It fills me with this happy feeling, like 'they where made for each other!'.

So yeah... There is my stupid theory of how Nyan cat came to our computers.

I have a mo!!!

Long story... But I'll tell it anyway! I was rollerblading down the street and I didn't know how to ride them. So I was riding really fast down the street and then I acerdently hit their neighbor's car! AND the owner of that car was there!!! I got in deep water... Then she started squawking at me like 'look what you did!' And I didn't even see the car because there was this MASSIVE car in front of it. I didn't even leave a scratch! Plus my legs went UNDER the car!

So then we ran around the block and dropped by a friends house and we really couldn't go back or they would see us, so my friend's dad suggested a disguise. And they lent us some fake moustaches and we quickly waddled away.

They weren't in the street when we got back but we wore the mos just in case...

Dobby the Dog ( not the elf )

Today I was out at a friend's house and they were looking after someones dog. His name is Dobby (no, not the elf ) and I have no clue what dog he is but he is SUPER cute!!! He has this kind of flat face and big eyes. and then he looks up at you and looks so serious. Like a business man with a mo.

Anyway, the reason I put him on this blog is because he looks so cute and I need to figure what breed he is!!! Comment if you know.

I always see these dogs at the markets and they are in little trollies with bows in their hair.

Day at the park

Yesterday around 4ish Chloe and I walked to the park up the road from us.    

I'm the one in the white playsuit and my twin is in the playsuit.
On the bench is Chloe's super cool vintage bike and my crappy scooter I got when I was eight... I desperately need a new one... 

It is one of those parks where you just let your self go. And all your worries fly away. It was too bad that the park was littered with those party bomb things from the night before... It  looked like a massive bomb full of streamers had gone off... 

The other one is me holding the city, it's just you can't see my hand because of the lighting...

Happy New Year.

Happy New Year everyone!

I spent my new year watching the kiddie fireworks from a park in West End, then going home and waiting untill 12 o'clock came around.

Then I watched the 12 o'clock fireworks and I was so tired I soundly fell asleep. But not for long! As I drifted off I thought about all those resolutions to make.

Here is what I thought of (I'm typing this down so I don't forget!)

• Become a vegetarian (I had a chickpea burger for dinner) 
• Get better at math
• Get better at German 
• Play the guitar
• Read all the books in my book shelf
• Train hard and get red belt at Tae Kwon Do this year 
• Be more environmentally friendly
• Walk more places
• Save money
